Melanie is one of the co-founders of Horizon Insurance Agency with her husband, Randy. Her background in finance and business management has contributed to Horizon's growth and success since the agency began in 2001. Melanie became licensed in property, casualty, life, and health insurance in 2023 and is passionate about building long-term client relationships built on integrity, trust, loyalty, and respect. Prior to becoming a licensed insurance agent, Melanie spent 35 years on leadership teams in the corporate sector providing expertise in Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources.
Melanie and Randy have been married for 37 years, have 2 children, and 2 grandchildren. She loves spending time with family, traveling in their motorhome, outdoor photography, music, and snuggling with her dog Zoe.
