Belicia joined the Horizon family in 2024 as a personal line’s client servicing agent. She has worked in customer service throughout the past decade in her career from retail to payroll. She started her insurance career in 2024 after passing the licensing exam and has been excited to learn everything about the industry. In 2025 she successfully passed the Safeco CSR Servicing course and is eagerly applying the skills she learned in assisting our clients in the best way possible.
When Belicia is not working, she loves to be out in nature with her loved ones whether it be cycling, hiking, or kayaking. She also enjoys music, traveling our beautiful world, and exploring new cultures along with the food.
